A Contract with Due Forni
1 We must receive payment in full for the Event Tickets or Products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order/purchase brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2 We want you to book for you and your friends, but please note that by purchasing Event Tickets on their behalf you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons in your group and you acknowledge that all members of your group agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Payment
The sale and payment of Event Tickets or Products are managed through a third party website. Please see the relevant terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third party website for further information. We do not take responsibility for your use of the third party website.
1 Price
1 The prices payable for Event Tickets that you order are as set out on the Website are subject to change at any time.
2 Any additional charges are detailed during the checkout process.
2 Cancellations
1 We operate a 5 working day refund policy. You can cancel with a full refund up to 5 working days before an Event by emailing booking@dueforni.co.uk
2 We try to be as understanding as possible. Meaning, if you cannot make the Event on the date appearing on your Event Ticket, and notwithstanding Clause 2.1 above, we will do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date. However, if it is not possible to accommodate you on an alternative date, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to make a refund.
3 If any Event is cancelled by us, we will endeavour to offer Event Ticket holders an alternative date or a full refund.
4 Due Forni reserves the right to cancel, postpone or abandon any Event because of circumstances beyond their control and without any refund whatsoever.
5 This refunds policy does not affect your rights at law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, which cannot be excluded or limited.
3 Event Admission
Due Forni reserves the right to refuse admission to an Event to any person and/or eject, without refund, any person, at our own discretion.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected.
Privacy
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
1 Third party rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that act.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with our current Website prices, delivery details, contact details and Privacy Policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the sale of Event Tickets to you by Due Forni. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these Terms & Conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Events organised by us or Products offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions (and any non-contractual arrangements arising out of these Terms & Conditions) are governed by the laws of England & Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England

Booking T&C

Reservation Duration
Tables are available for 90 minutes, after which we will take 15 minutes to sanitise the area before the next booking. This table schedule is in place to allow for sanification in accordance with the Government guidelines. Due Forni, as sign of tangible commitment on your part, will take a booking deposit of £10 per guest payable at the moment of booking. Please contact us if you would like to have an exclusive use of Due Forni or for parties larger than 4.
We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. In observance with the Government guidelines (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/5eb96e8e86650c278b077616/Keeping-workers-and-customers-safe-during-covid-19-restaurants-pubs-bars-takeaways-230620.pdf) please follow the sign and wait outside Due Forni, a member of our team will greet you and show your table. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience. Late arrivals greater than 40 minutes will dictate the cancellation of your booking as no show and the retention of the booking deposit since we will not be able to complete your service in only 50 minutes.
Cancellation Policy
In order to manage effectively the reduced covers capacity of our restaurant, Due Forni requires a booking deposit of £10 per guest. In case of cancellation, late arrival more that 40 minutes or no show the booking deposit will be retained. When settling the bill at the end of the service the total amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total. In case the bill will be paid by a different person from that one who made the booking, a refund of the booking deposit will be made upon request and the other person will have to pay the total bill. We are sorry that booking deposit and cancellation charges have become necessary but with a reduced capacity due to Covis-19 we need to make sure that not to have empty tables.
Covid-19
We have comprehensive Covid-19 policies in place to protect everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic. These include increased hygiene and social distancing measures which must be followed by all customers in accordance with Government guidelines. Customers confirm that they, and others included in the booking, are free from symptoms of Covid-19 when making a booking and/or visiting Due Forni. In accordance with Government guideline we have to ask and keep for 21 days from your visit at Due Forni personal details that will be only disclosed to Public Health England in case they need it for Track and Trace purposes only.
IMPORTANT :
We have taken the following steps to make sure that Due Forni re-opens following the Government Guidelines:
- We sanitise many times per day Due Forni utilising Ramsol
- We have adopted digital copies of our menu available by scanning with your mobile phone camera the QR code located on your table and/or single-use menu printed on paper.
- All the condiments are in a single-use sachet that will find on the table.
- Timed Washing hands schedule for staff every 20 minutes + wearing gloves.
- Sanitising gel dispensers are placed on every table, in the toilet, and at the entrance of Due Forni.
- We check the temperature of our Team at the beginning of their shift.
